For us, the restort is located on the most beautiful part of Koh Lipe and the beach is the best. Even with the tides it is always possible to swim and find space on the beach. In addition the trees provide perfect shade and privacy. The many nominated boats are visible but far away from this part of the beach. The hotel staff is really friendly and helpful. The room are big and nice, the garden is spacious and have many nice trees.

On the beach, basic braeakfast, but considering that is Asia , was quite ok, The empluyees basicly did evryhing they can and they know to mentain it better. Of corse needs some investments, but this concerns the management, if they will not do it they will lose customers. There ore some playfull cats around, bring them some food they will enjoy.

Great location. Nice rooms and beautiful houses. The garden is amazingly beautiful. The receptionist is very friendly. Water in the shower can go very warm, very pleasant. The air conditioner also worked well. In general I 100% recommend and I would like to come back in this hotel

Good location on the main beach Clean and cool (AC) rooms, it did the job for our family of 4. The staff were very sweet and helpful. The breakfast was basic, a lot of processed chicken in different forms.

The room is quite spacious; and we love the garden view outside of the room. There are some inconvenient things like hot water does not work, the bathroom is not so clean & there are no electric socks near the bed. The beach zone is extremely beautiful. Breakfast is quite simple & just so-so. It's quite easy to walk from here to sunset beach too, only about 10 minutes walking.

Best location in the whole island: directly at the beach, with no boats around and amazing corals all over. First line lounge chair available all day long. Very large room and bed.

Closeness to beach, breakfast with a beach view. Friendly staff. Room was large, bed slightly soft but I found I comfortable. Fridge, hairdryer & kettle provided also hand towel’s which you don’t get in Malaysia. I also liked that the basin was in the bedroom rather than bathroom, handy for getting ready when the bathroom is occupied.

location fabulous, staff lovely, position of large room, breakfast great, brilliant WiFi and air con, kettle, hairdryer, snorkelling just in front at beach wonderful ! recommended and will def return. staff handled luggage and transport, excellent communication before with Manager. thank you Z Touch !! see u again

Staff was really nice and friendly. Ocean is right next to the rooms, even the furthest one is less than 50m away. The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely come back. The atmosphere is very chilled and the resort is family friendly. The hotel provided special snorkelling package price only with underwater photoshoot with THB 550 only which cheaper than among the other providers
